Lassana Fané (born November 11, 1987 in Bamako, Mali) is a Malian football player who is currently playing for Kuwaiti Premier League side Al Kuwait.

He began his career in the youth of Djoliba AC and was for the season 2006 promoted to the senior team. After a big third season with Djoliba AC was on 14 January 2009 sold to Al-Merreikh.[1] He is good in long shooting distances and very good in passing. The defender left the Sudanese Premier League club Al-Merreikh and joined in December 2010 to Al-Ahly (Tripoli).[2] In June 2011 Fané Joined Kuwaiti Premier League side Al Kuwait.[3]
Fané is member of the Mali national football team[4] and played the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations in Angola.[5] He played formerly for his country the Tournoi de l'UEMOA 2008 in Bamako[6]
